1. Refunds
1.1. Medical Services: Rathi Hospital does not offer refunds for medical services, surgeries, or treatments that have already been provided. Any concerns regarding the quality of care or medical services should be addressed directly with our healthcare providers and management.
1.2. Appointment Cancellation: If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before the appointment time. We will offer a full refund for appointments canceled within this time frame.
1.3. Failure to Attend Appointments: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.
1.4. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
